More About Me

I’m a UX Designer who enjoys making complex systems easier to understand.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked on enterprise level products where clarity, collaboration, and attention to detail truly matter. I like asking questions, untangling messy workflows, and working closely with engineers and product partners to turn ideas into something real and usable.

My path into UX design began much earlier. Growing up as a Korean American in Singapore, I often found myself in environments where language didn’t fully connect me to the people around me. During those moments, visual expression (a.k.a. painting and sculpture) became my way of communicating, understanding, and building connections. It was the first time I experienced how visuals could bridge gaps that words couldn’t.

That experience naturally led me to study visual communication in college, and later into a career in UX design. Today, with 5+ years of experience, I still see UX as a form of visual communication that helps people navigate complexity, feel understood, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of design, I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning how different people think and work, which often shows up in how I approach design problems.

I’d love to connect!
